OUR CONTRACTED HOSPITALS AND HOTELS
We conduct a rigorous selection process to develop our network of hospitals.

We make our selections from candidate hospitals identified as Turkey's most respected and preferred medical centers, using various criteria such as medical device technology, physician quality, and brand reputation.

We select hotels for pre- and post-treatment stays from among 5-star hotels located near our affiliated hospitals, ensuring they align with our quality policy and criteria in the most suitable manner.

As much as we care about your treatment, we also think about your comfort, ease of transportation and safety during the treatment process.
VIP TRANSFER SERVICE
We manage transfer services with our expert team. We provide fast and safe transportation between locations by calculating and taking into account every fine detail. We use air ambulances to transport patients who cannot be transported to the medical center where you will receive treatment by air (standard aircraft).

In order to provide a complete and flawless service, we are always ready to serve in emergencies and critical moments with our air and land ambulances.

With our VIP vehicles, we offer transfer services for patients and companions from the airport to accommodation centers and from these centers to hospitals, with an understanding that adopts comfort and ease of transportation.

TREATMENT PLANNING PROCESS
This process starts with our patients sharing all their medical information with us. Our specialist doctors evaluate the patient's condition within 24 hours at the latest and prepare the treatment plan accordingly. This plan includes information about the centers where the patient will receive treatment, technical data of the medical devices to be used during treatment and price options. In this way, our patients can compare alternative centers, technological devices and price options in their treatment plan and choose the most suitable one for them.
ARRIVAL PROCESS IN TURKEY
Our patients can purchase their flight tickets themselves or through 360 Healthcare.

If the medical condition of the patient is not suitable for air transportation (by standard airplane), the patient is transferred to Turkey by air ambulance.

Our patients arriving in Turkey are welcomed by our patient representatives at the airport and transferred to the hospital where they will receive treatment or the hotel where they will stay by VIP transportation provided by our company. All patients are provided with a GSM line to use during treatment.

Hotel reservations of patients are made by 360 Healthcare in line with their requests and demands. Our patients can choose the most suitable hotel for accommodation among our contracted hotels.
TREATMENT PROCESS
All patients are treated in Segment A hospitals with high medical technology and by our doctors who have proven their expertise worldwide. Thanks to our assistants who accompany our patients and speak their language, our patients do not experience any difficulties or communication problems.

Our doctors and staff follow the treatment of our patients 24/7 and provide the necessary support at the maximum level.
THE EXIT PROCESS FROM TURKEY
Patients whose treatment is completed are discharged after being informed about follow-up examinations and postoperative care.

Transfer of our patients to the airport is provided free of charge by the 360 Healthcare team with VIP vehicles.

Upon request from our patients, touristic trips can also be organized in our country. These trips are charged additionally.
